Inspired by both Eastern and Western philosophies, Issey Miyake studied fashion design in Paris where he translated these interests into his clothes. A blend of East and West, technology and tradition, he has created an endless universe of imagination. His clothes are emotional, full of life, movement, rhythm, and color. In 1992, he mirrored this vision in a fragrance, L'Eau D'Issey.
Two years after the creation of his women's fragrance, Issey Miyake launched his men's fragrance, L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme. Reflecting the principles of his women's scent, it embodies yin and yang, and the extreme polarities of the world. L'Eau d'Issey Pour Homme is a fresh yet warm, woody scent accented with spicy notes.
